Job Responsibilities* Perform in-process quality inspections at various stages of Process-3 according to established procedures and specifications.
* Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and operational control points (OCPs) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Collect and analyze samples for physical, chemical, and sensory evaluation as required.
* Record inspection results accurately and promptly in designated forms and systems.
* Identify and report non-conforming products or processes immediately to relevant supervisors.
* Initiate and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified quality deviations.
* Assist in investigating root causes of quality issues and implementing effective solutions.
* Verify the calibration status of inspection equipment and ensure proper usage.
* Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
* Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Kualifikasi
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in the food processing or feed manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and occasional overtime as required.
