Job Responsibilities

* Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to load, unload, stack, and move products and materials within the warehouse.
* Perform daily pre-operation and post-operation checks of the reach truck, reporting any defects or malfunctions immediately.
* Ensure accurate and timely storage and retrieval of goods according to established procedures.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
* Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and recording stock movements.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members regarding operational issues or concerns.
* Support other warehouse activities as required, including general labor tasks when not operating the reach truck.

Kualifikasi

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Valid and current forklift operator certification, specifically for reach trucks (FG-2 classification or equivalent).
Proven ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently, with a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy objects as needed.
Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety manuals.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
