Job Responsibilities

* Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to load, unload, stack, and retrieve goods and materials.
* Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse, production floor, and loading docks.
* Perform daily pre-shift inspections of the reach truck and report any maintenance issues or defects promptly.
* Ensure accurate inventory placement and retrieval, following established procedures.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including manual lifting, cleaning, and organizing.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers regarding material movement and inventory status.
* Potentially operate other material handling equipment as required (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

Kualifikasi

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a Reach Truck Driver, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Valid and current reach truck operating license/certification.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
Ability to perform pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy objects when necessary.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
