Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Ensure the goods handover process at the in-transit warehouse is carried out according to procedures.
Accurately and timely upload Delivery Orders (DO) and Goods Issues (GI) into the ICA system.
Coordinate with users and vendors to arrange goods handover schedules.
Monitor and prepare reports on the condition of goods stored at the in-transit warehouse.

Kualifikasi

Minimum high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in administration, warehouse, or logistics.
Good computer skills and familiarity with administrative applications/systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a firm, responsible, and accountable approach to work.
