Job Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of production machinery, equipment, facilities, and work areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Handle, mix, and apply sanitation chemicals and cleaning agents safely and in correct dilutions.
* Conduct pre-operative inspections to ensure all equipment is free of contaminants before production runs begin.
* Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and occupational health and safety regulations.
* Document and maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, chemical usage, and inspection checklists.
* Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or pest control issues to the supervisor immediately.
* Assist in waste management and disposal processes in compliance with environmental and company policies.

Kualifikasi

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sanitation Operator, Cleaner, or in a similar role within the food processing, animal feed, or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
Basic understanding of food safety standards, GMP, and the safe handling of industrial cleaning chemicals.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy loads, bending, and standing for extended periods in various temperature environments.
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and a high level of commitment to hygiene and safety protocols.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adaptability to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends when required.
