Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the financial reporting and consolidation processes for all company entities effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare interim and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyze financial trends, identify improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and standards.
- Lead the financial reporting team in developing strong procedures and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other finance teams to enhance reporting processes and systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large company, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in financial and reporting applications, such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, and others.
- Strong analytical skills, with critical thinking and solid problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of applicable accounting regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is an advantage.
- Willing to be based at the Head Office in Indofood Tower, South Jakarta.
