- Organizing and evaluating all training activities in the company in accordance with the training plan based on TNA
- Responsible for employee recruitment process
- Updating the training matrix and competence of each employee
- Make Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Report
Qualification
- Male/Female
- S1 Psychology, Human Resources
- Min GPA 3.00
- Have good in communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Have min. 1 years of experience in training & development area
- Willing to be placed in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat
