PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu)
Job Responsibilities* Perform regular in-process inspections of raw materials, semi-finished products, and production lines according to established quality control procedures and sampling plans.
* Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory tests on samples to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
* Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and operational parameters during production to ensure process stability and product integrity.
* Identify and document non-conforming products or processes, initiate corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality control activities.
* Assist in the investigation of quality deviations, customer complaints, and production issues.
* Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and tools, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualification
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a QC Inspector, preferably in a food processing or feed manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in conducting various physical, chemical, and sensory tests.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and quality control documents.
- Detail-oriented with excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
