Job Responsibilities

* Supervise daily production activities to ensure output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.
* Lead, train, and motivate production staff, fostering a safe, collaborative, and highly productive work environment.
* Monitor machinery and equipment performance, coordinating with the maintenance department to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Implement and enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control guidelines.
* Ensure full compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on the production floor.
* Prepare and analyze regular production reports, inventory usage, and waste management metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the warehouse, procurement, and quality assurance departments to ensure seamless workflow and material availability.

Kualifikasi

Job Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the food, beverage, or feed mill industries.
Strong knowledge of feed/food manufacturing processes, machinery operations, GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations (K3).
Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production management systems/ERP (e.g., SAP).
Willingness to work in shifts and be placed at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's operational sites.
