Job Summary

PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive for our Live Duck division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing market opportunities, and managing relationships with key distributors, farmers, and commercial buyers in the live duck sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the efficient distribution of our live poultry products.

Job Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new market opportunities and distribution channels for live duck sales across target regions.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and volume quotas set by the division management.
* Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and price fluctuations of live poultry to provide timely feedback to management.
* Manage the sales cycle from quotation, negotiation, and order placement to delivery coordination and payment collection.
* Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure the timely and healthy delivery of live ducks to customers.
* Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualification

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the poultry, livestock, or agricultural industry (experience in live duck or live bird sales is highly advantageous).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently to various operational regions and customer sites.
Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A / SIM C).
