Job Summary

PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dynamic and analytical Market Intelligence Executive for our Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Duck & Ulu Chicken. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data, competitor activities, and consumer trends within the poultry industry. Your insights will directly support strategic decision-making, product development, and sales strategies to drive the growth and competitiveness of our Duck & Ulu Chicken business segment.

Job Responsibilities

* **Market Research & Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary market research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities within the duck and specialty chicken sectors.
* **Competitor Intelligence:** Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing strategies, product launches, distribution channels, and marketing campaigns, providing regular benchmarking reports.
* **Data Management & Reporting:** Collect, organize, and maintain robust databases of industry statistics, demographic data, and sales metrics. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and clear, concise reports for management.
* **Demand Forecasting:** Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to assist in forecasting market demand and identifying potential supply-chain impacts.
* **Field Surveys:** Conduct regular field visits, market visits, and stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative insights directly from distributors, retailers, and end-consumers.
* **Strategic Support:** Assist the SBU leadership in formulating business plans, marketing strategies, and product positioning based on concrete market intelligence.

Kualifikasi

Job Qualifications

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Animal Science, or a related field.
**Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or market intelligence, preferably within the FMCG, agriculture, or poultry industry.
**Technical Skills:** Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (such as MS Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI) and market research methodologies.
**Soft Skills:** Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
**Attributes:** Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Mobility:** Willingness to travel frequently for field research and market visits as required.
