Job Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, and train a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
* Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure.
* Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
* Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for maintenance needs.
* Implement and monitor maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
* Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
* Collaborate with production, operations, and other departments to optimize equipment performance and support overall business objectives.
* Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Kualifikasi

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or agricultural processing environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility maintenance.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
