Job Responsibilities
* Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing on all machinery and equipment specifically designated for Line 5.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
* Conduct regular inspections and equipment walkthroughs to identify potential hazards, wear-and-tear, or inefficiencies.
* Repair or replace defective machine parts and components in compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Collaborate with the production team to optimize line efficiency and ensure smooth transitions during product changeovers.
* Document all maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts usage, and equipment performance logs accurately.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment adhering to 5S principles and company safety regulations.

Kualifikasi

Job Qualifications

Minimum of a Vocational Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or operator in a manufacturing or production plant environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment
