United Tractors Trainee Program is a 12-month development journey designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for strategic or operational analyst roles across specific business functions. Throughout the program, trainees will experience structured learning, on-the-job exposure, project assignments, and mentoring from experienced professionals and leaders at United Tractors. The program also provides opportunities to gain broader exposure to the Mining Solutions & Heavy Equipment (MSHE) ecosystem.

1. Analyze unit performance and develop improvement plans together.
2. Monitor and evaluate condition monitoring and maintenance programs, and provide follow-up recommendations. 
3. Evaluate the quality and schedule compliance of routine maintenance, periodic service, and component replacement.
4. Recommend optimal component lifetime and cost-effective parts usage based on actual data.
5. Assess equipment operation and site conditions to reduce the risk of unit damage.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly technical reports and recommendations.

1. Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in Service Management or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Previous experience in student organizations, laboratories, or research/competition teams related to machinery, automotive, or electric vehicles is a plus
5. Strong passion and knowledge of technical machinery, maintenance, and service management/activities.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with stakeholders simultaneously.
8. Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.
