United Tractors Trainee Program is a 12-month development journey designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for strategic or operational analyst roles across specific business functions. Throughout the program, trainees will experience structured learning, on-the-job exposure, project assignments, and mentoring from experienced professionals and leaders at United Tractors. The program also provides opportunities to gain broader exposure to the Mining Solutions & Heavy Equipment (MSHE) ecosystem.

1. Conduct market analysis and customer mapping to identify prospective customers and potential sales opportunities.
2. Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
3. Approach prospective customers and conduct consultative selling to identify their operational and heavy equipment needs.
4. Provide accurate and up-to-date product information and recommend appropriate engineering-based solutions based on customer needs.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business partnerships.
6. Monitor market trends to identify emerging customer needs and sales opportunities.
7. Conduct post-sales activities to maintain customer satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.

1. Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
   
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.00.
4. Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience.
5. Proficient in written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a major plus point
6. Strong interest in business, sales, marketing, and business development.
7. Possesses a basic understanding of market analysis and data analysis.
8. Strong numerical, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
9. Wiling to be placed at United Tractors branches/sites across Indonesia.
