FULL STACK DEVELOPER (Next.js / NestJS)

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using Next.js / React.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using NestJS / Node.js.
• Design, optimise, and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development and production environments.
• Support application deployment and ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using a modern, custom-built technology stack.

The ideal candidate possesses strong full stack development experience and has a proven track record of building and maintaining production-grade applications across both frontend and backend systems. Experience with OutSystems or other low-code platforms is an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack or web application development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React / Next.js).
• Hands-on experience in backend development (Node.js / NestJS preferred).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, application architecture, and web development principles.
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with OutSystems or other low-code development platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure).
• Exposure to containerisation and cloud deployment (e.g., Docker, AWS ECS/Fargate, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in system integration and API design.
