Memastikan ketersediaan infrastruktur penyediaan, penyampaian dan pengolahan data Memastikan seluruh pihak yang terkait dengan proses pengumpulan data melaksanakannya dengan efektif, akurat dan tepat waktu. Memastikan proses dan hasil analisis penjualan dan distribusi dijalankan dengan efektif dan akurat dalam menunjang pengambilan keputusan manajemen Bertanggung jawab memastikan kelancaran proses pelaksanaan PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) berbasis KPI (Key Performance Indicator) untuk mencapai target.
