Record and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
Perform account reconciliations, including bank, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and other relevant accounts, and follow up on discrepancies.
Review and analyze the General Ledger (GL) to identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, and items requiring further investigation.
Monitor and reconcile AR, AP, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, and other relevant accounts to ensure accurate balances and proper supporting documentation.
Record and reconcile fixed assets, including additions, depreciation, movements, impairment, and disposals.
Prepare supporting schedules and financial data for financial reporting, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
Ensure appropriate accounting treatment for transactions and specific business activities in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Support audit and internal control activities by preparing required data, documentation, and reconciliations.
Maintain complete and well-organized accounting documentation and supporting records.
Analyze accounting data and provide insights and recommendations on identified issues or discrepancies.
Support accounting process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in Accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of PSAK, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
Good knowledge of General Ledger, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, prepaid/accrued expenses, and fixed assets.
Knowledge of accounting treatment and revenue recognition is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software or systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to financial accuracy and confidentiality.
