1Introduction
Welcome to Projob.id, a job listing service operated by PT Profesional Job Indonesia. By accessing or using the Projob.id websites and applications (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"), including the Community Guidelines: Prohibited Conduct & Sanctions at /community-guidelines, which form an integral part of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
Since 1 October 2026, the Projob.id service has been managed by PT Profesional Job Indonesia. This change of operator does not change your account, your data, or your rights as a user.
The following documents also apply, depending on the services you use, and are read together with these Terms:
- the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy;
- the Psychometric Test Privacy Policy, if you take a psychometric test;
- the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy, for paid services such as memberships, paid psychometric tests, and event tickets;
- the Event Ticket Purchase Terms, if you buy an event ticket;
- Security & Scam Awareness, which explains how to spot fake vacancies and report fraud;
- the Employer Terms and Conditions for companies, and the Partner Terms and Conditions for partners.

2Account and ProjobID
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Site. A limited exception applies to participation in specific educational events that are stated to be open to participants under 18, with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- One person, one ProjobID: Each user may hold only one master account (ProjobID). The ProjobID is used to sign in to every Projob.id service.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date. Using another person's name, photo, or documents is prohibited.
- Account security: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in the conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines, including: fraud and charging applicants, false identity, human trafficking and exploitation, discrimination and harassment, prohibited content, misuse of personal data, misleading information, system manipulation, and false reports. 4Reporting, Review, and Sanctions
- You can report a profile or vacancy that breaks the rules using the Report button. The reporter's identity is kept confidential.
- Proven violations lead to graduated sanctions: SP1 (in force for 3 months), SP2 for a new violation while SP1 is in force (in force for 3 months), and SP3, termination of the ProjobID, for a new violation while SP2 is in force. An SP that expires without a new violation ends and the record returns to clean.
- Serious violations — such as fraud or charging applicants, human trafficking, child exploitation, identity fraud, and threats of violence — result in immediate suspension of the ProjobID during review, and termination if proven.
- While suspended or after termination, you can still sign in, but only the Notifications/Inbox menu is active and your profile is hidden from the public.
- You may appeal by replying to the sanction notice in your Inbox within 14 days. The procedure is set out in the Community Guidelines.
5Profile Photos and Other Users' Data
- Your profile photo is shown to employers and the public only as a small thumbnail and cannot be enlarged.
- Your CV and application data are visible only to the employers you apply to and parties you authorise.
- You must not download, copy, or distribute other users' photos or data.
6Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content and materials on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, belong to Projob.id or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
7User Content
- Submissions: You may submit content to the Site, including job applications, CVs, photos, and reviews ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Projob.id a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process it to the extent necessary to provide the service, including forwarding it to the employers you apply to.
- Screening: Uploaded files are checked automatically (including file type and content) and may be reviewed by staff. Files that are harmful or breach the Community Guidelines may be rejected or removed.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.
8Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including employers' own application sites, that Projob.id does not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Projob.id never charges application fees; please report anyone who asks for one. 9Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Projob.id makes no warranties, express or implied, about the operation of the Site or the information, content, and vacancies shown on it, including any warranty that you will obtain employment.
10Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Projob.id is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site or these Terms.
11Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Projob.id, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
12Termination by the User
You may stop using the Site and request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy. Any remaining period of a paid service is handled under the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
13Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version is numbered and dated, and shown on this page. For material changes we will notify you and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the service.
14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Amicable settlement: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will first be settled amicably. Send your complaint through the Projob Support Form; we will respond and try to reach a resolution within 30 (thirty) days.
- Court: If an amicable settlement is not reached, the dispute will be resolved at the Bekasi District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Bekasi), without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to pursue consumer dispute resolution under applicable law.
- Language: These Terms are made in Indonesian and English. If there is any difference in interpretation, the Indonesian version prevails.
