REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in psychology, or human resource management
2. Min. 1 year experience in people development or related field will be priority
3. Strong analytical, conceptual, and systematic thinking
4. Good understanding of competency frameworks and talent development strategies
5. Proficiency in assessment tools, methodologies, and learning management systems (LMS)
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft excel
8. Proactive, detail oriented, and responsible
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Develop and manage the competency matrix for all functions
2. Analyze training and assessment results, methods, and tools.
3. Manage documentation and reporting related to training and assessments for audits and inspections
4. Collect and analyze KPI data to identify trends, gaps, and training needs, and work with department heads to improve individual and team performance.
5. tools, Maintain and update assessment competency matrices, and documentation.
6. Assist in developing continuous improvement initiatives for training and competency systems.
