الوصف الوظيفي

Handle administrative tasks and technical support related to warehouse and logistics operations
Monitor and support daily warehouse activities, ensuring proper goods flow for both incoming and outgoing processes
Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock accuracy, supporting stock-taking, and reporting discrepancies
Provide support for the implementation of warehouse improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Logistic teams to ensure smooth operations and timely goods delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company procedures and standards
Prepare operational and inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Qualification

Minimum qualification: Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent
Minimum 2 year working experience in logistic & warehouse industry
Familiar with inventory management concepts, warehouse processes, and technical operations in logistics
Hold an SIO forklift certificate
