Job Description
- Ensure the goods handover process at the in-transit warehouse is carried out according to procedures.
- Accurately and timely upload Delivery Orders (DO) and Goods Issues (GI) into the ICA system.
- Coordinate with users and vendors to arrange goods handover schedules.
- Monitor and prepare reports on the condition of goods stored at the in-transit warehouse.
Qualification
- Minimum high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in administration, warehouse, or logistics.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with administrative applications/systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a firm, responsible, and accountable approach to work.
