Job Purpose

The U-Pro Assistant Customer Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth within the designated territory. This position is responsible for delivering sales targets, strengthening distributor performance, and unlocking new B2B opportunities to expand Unilever Professional’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing U-Pro B2B Trade and Promotion
• Managing Distributor in respective area
• Creating New Business Opportunity in the market
• Managing field team in respective area
• Act as B2B COP PIC
• Approach and closing deal with B2B end customer and chain account

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or distributor management—preferably in FMCG, B2B, or related industries.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distributor ecosystems.
