TSR STAFF ANIMAL HEALTH BALIKPAPAN

Job Summary**

Responsible for providing technical support and consultation services related to animal health to customers in the Balikpapan region, ensuring optimal animal welfare and productivity.

Job Responsibilities**

* Conduct regular visits to customer farms in the Balikpapan area to assess animal health conditions and provide expert advice.
* Diagnose animal diseases and recommend appropriate treatment protocols, including medication and vaccination programs.
* Educate farmers on best practices for animal husbandry, biosecurity, and disease prevention.
* Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for customers on various animal health topics.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of animal health programs and interventions.
* Prepare detailed reports on farm visits, disease outbreaks, and recommended actions.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote company products and services related to animal health.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in animal health research, products, and regulations.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to animal health challenges.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Husbandry.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in animal health, preferably in the poultry or livestock industry.
* Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, pathology, and pharmacology.
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills in animal health.
* Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the Balikpapan region.
* Valid driver's license.
