Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, network connectivity, cloud services, and security systems to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
- Support the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, network devices, VPN, identity management, and endpoint security solutions.
- Perform infrastructure troubleshooting, technical documentation, and continuous improvement to enhance IT service reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related major.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
- Familiar with Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines (VM), Virtual Network (VNet), Network Security Group (NSG), Azure Backup, and Azure Monitor.
- Possess basic knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting, including Cisco, Huawei, or Ruijie devices, as well as VPN and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Familiar with PowerShell scripting for system administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Exchange, or antivirus management is a plus.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
