Technical Support Supervisor

Monitor technical support performance and ensure timely issue resolution

Track and evaluate productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations

Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability

Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability

Implement controls to reduce waste and prevent stockouts

Prepare reports on productivity, equipment, and production line performance

Bachelor’s degree in any major

Minimum 2 years of experience as Technical Support Supervisor or in a related role

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity, and inventory control

Experience in process improvement (Lean/Kaizen)

Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools

Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Willing to travel frequently and open to placement in various locations

Able to communicate in English for reporting purposes

Willing to be placed in Cikokol, Tangerang
