Job Description

Generating and dispatching Work Orders (Surat Perintah Kerja / SPK) to transporters.
Compiling and consolidating comprehensive order support data by transporter.
Sourcing and onboarding potential transporters.
Assisting in transporter performance assessments.
Monitoring and tracking transporter invoicing processes.
Assisting with site visits and transporter evaluations.
Supporting supply chain and vendor development initiatives.
Planning & Monitoring Delivery 3PL Order

Qualification

Bachelors Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Business & Management, or Communications.
Currently in the final year of study (minimum 7th semester).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
