الوصف الوظيفي
- Prepare cash disbursement vouchers and transfer instructions in accordance with payment due dates, and monitor the bank's payment processing to ensure that payment documentation is complete and that payments are executed accurately and on time.
- Prepare cash disbursement vouchers and issue checks or giro slips in accordance with payment due dates to ensure that payments via these instruments are made on time and in line with the Payment Request.
- Prepare a list of transactions (fund disbursement requests) for Management to ensure funds are available when needed.
- Handle the delivery or collection of cash and/or documents to and from the bank to ensure that critical payment documents are received by the bank or the Company on time.
- File all payment documents to ensure they are neatly organized and easily retrievable.
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance/accounting
- Understanding of company and bank payment procedures
