We are looking for a Senior Strategic Buyer who will develop and execute category sourcing strategies that support business growth, deliver cost competitiveness, ensure supply continuity, drive supplier innovation, and create long-term value for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies, including communication and supplier management plans.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that best meet business, quality, service, and cost requirements.  
  
• Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization and deliver sustainable cost efficiencies.
• Ensure supplier compliance with the Nestlé Supplier Code and responsible sourcing requirements.
  
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement innovation opportunities that support business growth and renovation initiatives.
  
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and deliver agreed service levels and sourcing support.
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
  
• Experience managing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and competitive bidding exercises.
  
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and commercial evaluation.
  
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
  
• Experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing, logistics, transportation, warehousing, co-packing, or co-manufacturing environments is preferred.
  
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
