Senior R2R-FC Manager

As a Senior R2R-FC Manager,you will play a key role in shaping, oversee the setup and ongoing delivery of services within your scope, ensuring strong service performance, quality standards, and compliance with Group financial policies. Beyond operational excellence, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance service quality, strengthen controls, and optimize costs across the activities you lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stream activities

• Accountable for the successful deliver services to the region
• Accountable for delivery performance in line with the service framework and customer satisfaction metrics as defined in the DBS value framework
• Ensure records in accounting system for fixed assets management ensuring that the relevant balance sheet positions are reconciled to individual line item analysis
• Leading the implementation of asset management systems and recommending process improvements.
• Ensure intercompany & inventory management governance & policy are adhered to and reconciled in the ccounting system
• Overseeing the insurance policies and coverage for the company.
• Managing insurance claims, analyzing risks, and ensuring that the company is adequately protected against potential losses
• Ensure that the monthly reporting and bi-annual consolidation packages are reviewed  and validated by the DBS and CBU Finance Directors before submission
• Provide all necessary support to the R2R-FC Process Champion to ensure that all reported financial information is correct

Local Management

• Execute plan for and implement DBS processes, deploy technology, operating principles, services, culture and organization design for the region
• Execute class operating standards

Interactions with stakeholders

• Report performance and escalate local / region /global issues to local or BU R2R (FC) Lead
• Identify and gain GL and Reporting approval for enhancements and process improvements, for implementation within DBS.  Provide prioritization requests
• Point of contact for local / region BU regarding stream service level and activities
• Responsible for working with local or BU R2R (FC), P2P, I2C, BU Finance and BU Other to deliver customer satisfaction in line with operational efficiency

What you bring :

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Reporting, Audit, or Financial Control, ideally within a multinational company or shared services environment And at least 3 years in people management.
• Strong R2R and financial controlling expertise, financial governance and control mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to support collaboration with regional stakeholders across multiple markets
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• High ownership with a results-driven leadership style
• Confidence working with financial systems, data and performance metrics
