IAM/PAM Operations Senior Consultant

Job Summary
IAM operations ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity services across enterprise environments. Drive service delivery, manage teams, and act as a key client-facing stakeholder for IAM programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end IAM operations including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance
- Act as primary client interface for IAM service delivery and escalations
- Manage and mentor IAM operations teams to ensure SLA adherence and delivery excellence
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with security policies, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for identity integration and improvements

Requirements

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of IT experience with strong IAM focus
- Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in team handling and operations management
- Relevant certifications preferred (Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft, CISSP)
- Must-Have Skills (Any 3+): Delinea (SaaS), Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and Active Directory (Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP)
