Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional support for SAP PP (Production Planning) and PM (Plant Maintenance) processes in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, addressing functional issues and providing system guidance related to PP-PM processes.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement sustainable solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between PP-PM and other SAP modules.
Support interfaces between SAP and external systems to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment.
Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment activities, and continuous process improvements.
Demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach in supporting business and project objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience working with SAP PP-PM in a support and/or implementation capacity.
Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP PP-PM implementation project.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
Experience working in a global support or AMS environment is preferred.
