Sales Executive Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate, monitor, and execute sales activities.

2. Evaluate the achievement of sales targets (delivery) and order fulfillment at depots, SMEs, wholesalers, and industry.

3. Monitor product supply and stock, and verify that deliveries align with delivery data and usage aligns with sales revenue.

4. Promote all promotional programs, such as wholesale clubs, BMCs, associations, education programs, etc., aimed at customers.

5. Coordinate and evaluate the handling of customer complaints regarding Bogasari products.

6. Propose and direct procurement needs and human resource development within the work unit.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 2.80 out of 4.00.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and sales.
3. Able to work in a team with good communication and coordination
4. Computer literacy, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel)
5. Understanding of wheat flour business processes, particularly in sales and marketing
6. Understanding of sales and marketing technical services
