仕事内容
- Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop the market and acquire new B2B customers in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), among distributors and within the food industry.
- Managing relationships with key customers and handling contract negotiations and quotations.
- Co-ordinating product demonstrations and trials with relevant teams to support sales.
- Collaborating with the R&D, Production and Logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Food Technology or a related subject.
- At least 2 years experience as a B2B Sales Representative in the FMCG, food ingredients, bakery or food and beverage sectors.
- Have business network in the HORECA sector, bakery sector, among distributors or within the food industry would be an advantage.
- Must possess strong communication, negotiation, presentation and business development skills.
- Must be target-oriented, able to work under pressure and possess leadership qualities.
