Job Description

Manage customer PO, DO, and order documentation.
Conduct Stock Opname and ensure proper FIFO/LIFO implementation.
Process, verify, and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Manage Sales Team incentives, attendance, payroll, and activity reports.
Handle Cash Advance, Petty Cash, medical, and vendor claims.
Process SPPD, SPPU, and accommodation arrangements for the Business Development Team.
Monitor the Kahuripan Sales POS application and coordinate with vendors.

Qualification

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, or any related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin and/or Logistics Admin.
Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with the ability to process and manage data accurately and systematically.
Able to work efficiently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
