Reward & Performance Management - GSI

This job vacancy is published through the PT Global Service Indonesia account. Selected candidates will be employed directly by PT Global Service Indonesia as an internal employee.

1. Analyze payroll, compensation, benefits, and manpower costs.
2. Monitor administrative compliance in Reward & Performance Management in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
3. Prepare and manage employment contract administration and employee compensation documents.
4. Execute the performance appraisal process, including distributing appraisal forms, monitoring completion, and reviewing Individual Performance Plans (IPP).
5. Prepare periodic reports on manpower data and employee payroll.
   

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledgeable in labor laws, workplace norms, ethics, and regulations related to employee compensation and benefits.
4. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Reward Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Performance Management.
5. Strong data analysis, reporting, and administrative skills.
6. Demonstrates empathy, interpersonal understanding, negotiation skills, critical and analytical thinking, assertiveness, sound judgment, discipline, and attention to detail.
7. Demonstrates strong resilience and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of employee data.
8. Possesses good communication and coordination skills.
