Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Food, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in animal feed or food processing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to flexible working hours as required by production demands.
