PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR-2

PT JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA (WONOAYU)

Job Responsibilities

* Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to ensure output meets scheduled volume, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
* Lead, train, and motivate production operators and staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
* Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance department to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Conduct regular inspections of the production line to identify bottlenecks, minimize waste, and implement corrective actions.
* Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, inventory records, and shift handovers for management review.
* Enforce strict compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) regulations, food safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
* Collaborate with the Quality Control team to investigate product deviations and implement preventive measures.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisor-level experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the feedmill, food processing, or poultry industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse production team.
* Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, and manufacturing safety standards (K3, HACCP, or GMP).
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process optimization.
* Willingness to work in shifts and be placed at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's operational sites.
