Production Operator

• Perform tipping operations for sugar and milk powder into silos according to production requirements and mixing schedules.

• Coordinate raw material requests with Warehouse forklift operators to ensure timely material availability for production.

• Operate conveyor dumpers and hydraulic lifting table dumpers in accordance with operating procedures and safety standards.

• Ensure accurate and proper transfer of raw materials into designated silos, following material handling procedures and production instructions.

• Record and monitor raw material mass balance to maintain accurate records of materials received, consumed, and remaining.

• Complete production administration and operational reports for tipping dumper activities accurately and on time.

• Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food manufacturing hygiene standards.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization through effective housekeeping and 5S practices.

• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, and applicable safety procedures when operating equipment and handling raw materials.

• Minimum Diploma (D3), preferably in:

  • Food Technology

  • Biology

  • Chemistry

  • Agricultural Industrial Technology

  • Other relevant STEM fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to support material calculations and mass balance recording.

• Detail-oriented in material recording, measurement, and production reporting.

• Basic knowledge of, or willingness to learn, manufacturing processes, sanitation, GMP, and OHS in the food industry.

• Physically fit to perform the operational duties required for the position.

• Must not have a dust allergy that could interfere with job performance, subject to workplace exposure assessment and available risk controls.

• Willing to work in areas involving elevated access or work at height when required, in accordance with applicable safety procedures.

• Willing to work on a shift basis.

• Demonstrates integrity, discipline, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Willing to comply with personal hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety requirements in the production environment.

• Available to join immediately.
