PRODUCTION OPERATOR AF

1. Carry out daily feed production activities in accordance with established SOPs and work instructions.

2. Perform routine tasks such as raw material handling, machine operation, packaging, and housekeeping.

3. Maintain feed production standards related to safety, quality, cleanliness, and occupational health and safety.

4. Monitor and report any non-conformities in processes, product quality, or equipment performance.

5. Record daily operational data in accordance with company procedures.

6. Support team activities to ensure smooth and efficient feed production operations.

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

2. Basic understanding of production processes, machine/equipment operation, and SOP implementation in a manufacturing environment.

3. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to quality and workplace safety standards.

4. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and willing to work in shifts when required.

5. Willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java.

1. Melaksanakan kegiatan harian produksi pakan sesuai dengan SOP dan instruksi kerja.

2. Melakukan tugas rutin seperti penanganan bahan baku, pengoperasian mesin, pengemasan, dan pembersihan.

3. Menjaga standar keamanan, kualitas, kebersihan, dan keselamatan kerja terkait pakan.

4. Memantau dan melaporkan adanya ketidaksesuaian pada proses, kualitas, atau peralatan.

5. Mencatat data operasional harian sesuai ketentuan.

6. Mendukung kegiatan tim demi kelancaran operasional produksi pakan.

Kualifikasi:
1. Minimal Diploma (D3) Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Industri.

2. Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai proses produksi, pengoperasian peralatan/mesin, dan penerapan SOP di lingkungan manufaktur.

3. Memiliki kemampuan bekerja secara disiplin, teliti, dan berorientasi pada kualitas serta keselamatan kerja.

4. Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim serta bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift apabila diperlukan.

5. Bersedia ditempatkan di Lamongan, Jawa Timur.
