Job Description
- Conduct research and development of new products as well as improvements to existing products.
- Develop and conduct product trials.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth product development.
- Establish collaboration with institutions, suppliers, and relevant parties.
- Perform internal audits and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop the team through training and coaching.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- Proficient in ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Food Regulations.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In good health and not colorblind.
