仕事内容

Conduct research and development of new products as well as improvements to existing products.
Develop and conduct product trials.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth product development.
Establish collaboration with institutions, suppliers, and relevant parties.
Perform internal audits and ensure quality standards are met.
Develop the team through training and coaching.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
Proficient in ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Food Regulations.
Fluent in English & Mandarin (both spoken and written).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In good health and not colorblind.
