Procurement Associate - BP

This position is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and improving procurement processes, covering activities from procurement planning and execution to vendor evaluation. The role includes identifying opportunities to improve procurement business processes to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and the overall quality of procurement activities in line with business needs.

The position also plays a role in designing and developing systems, tools, and solutions to support procurement processes, including the utilization of data and technology. The role involves supporting procurement improvement and digitalization projects, from identifying business needs and analyzing processes to developing solutions and monitoring and evaluating implementation to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or other related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with maximum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of business processes and procurement
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• High learning agility and creativity
• Active English proficiency and good command of Power BI
• Experience in project initiation is preferred
