Job Summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a dedicated PPL (Petugas Penyuluh Lapangan / Field Extension Officer) Broiler for the Sengkang Commercial Poultry Division (CPD). The successful candidate will act as a technical advisor and partner to our contract broiler farmers, ensuring optimal farm management, flock health, and production efficiency to meet the company's rigorous quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide technical guidance and counseling to contract farmers regarding broiler farm management, biosecurity, and feeding programs.
* Monitor and evaluate the daily growth, health, and mortality rates of the broiler flocks.
* Assist farmers in troubleshooting disease outbreaks and implementing effective biosecurity measures.
* Coordinate the distribution of production inputs (day-old chicks, feed, and medicines) and manage the harvesting process.
* Maintain accurate records of farm performance and prepare regular reports for the branch management.

Job Qualifications

* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Animal Husbandry (Peternakan) or Veterinary Medicine (Kedokteran Hewan).
* Proven experience in broiler farm management or as a Field Extension Officer (PPL) is highly preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Deep knowledge of poultry health, biosecurity, and modern broiler farming systems.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with local farmers.
* Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and willingness to be hands-on in the field and mobile across the Sengkang area.

Job Desk :

1. Menjalankan  dan mengawasi proses produksi pemeliharaan Ayam berdasarkan ketentuan yang berlaku (SOP) di plasma  agar tercapai target produksi unit

2.Mencari dan menyeleksi penambahan plasma sesuai dengan prosedur seleksi plasma sehingga dapat menambah populasi dan mendapatkan plasma yang berkualitas

3. Menjalankan dan mengawasi proses produksi pemeliharaan ayam (penyuluhan kepada plasma) secara intensif  sehingga tercapai kepuasan pelanggan

4. Mengumpulkan, membuat  Laporan Catatan Harian Ayam (Laporan Kondisi Ayam, Laporan Siap Panen, Data Rekording) di plasma secara cepat dan tepat agar dijadikan bahan analisa TS dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan mempercepat proses pembayaran RHPP

5. .  Mengawasi supply Sapronak (DOC, MT & OVK) di plasma agar suppy selalu tersedia di plasma dengan kualitas sesuai Standard. (DOC, MT)
