PPIC STAFF

Job Summary
PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Staff placement in Nganjuk.

Job Responsibilities:
* Formulate and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and capacity constraints.
* Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
* Coordinate closely with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
* Track production progress and analyze variances between planned schedules and actual output.
* Prepare regular reports on inventory status, production efficiency, and material usage for management review.
* Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams to optimize storage space and streamline distribution processes.

Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, production scheduling, or inventory control, preferably within the manufacturing or food processing industry.
* Strong proficiency in using ERP systems (such as SAP) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
