Job Summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Staff member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production processes, as well as managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure optimal efficiency, timely delivery, and minimal waste in alignment with our company’s high-quality standards.

Placement in Pemalang

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
* Coordinate closely with the Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and Logistics departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and timely order fulfillment.
* Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system data.
* Analyze production efficiency, identify bottlenecks in the supply chain, and propose actionable solutions for continuous improvement.


Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), preferably in the manufacturing or feed/food processing industry.
* Strong proficiency in using ERP systems (such as SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
