Performance & Reward Management Analyst - SMI
الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and evaluate performance management mechanisms and processes.
- Manage performance assessment, Individual Performance Plan (IPP), KPI alignment, and performance calibration/balancing processes.
- Develop compensation budgets and analyze salary structures, rewards, and benefits.
- Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Develop simulations for bonuses, salary increments, and other compensation adjustments.
Qualification
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Accounting, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in payroll, performance management, or other relevant fields.
- Good understanding of performance management and compensation & benefits.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and taxation.
- Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics.
