PALLET MOVER DRIVER - RM-3

Job Responsibilities

* Safely operate electric and manual pallet movers (RM-3) to transport, stack, and retrieve materials and goods within the warehouse and production areas.
* Load and unload delivery vehicles and organize inventory in designated storage locations according to company guidelines.
* Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections on assigned equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs immediately.
* Ensure all inventory movements are accurately documented and aligned with warehouse management system guidelines.
* Assist in periodic physical inventory counts and stock audits.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company safety regulations and 5S principles.

Job Qualifications

* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent vocational degree.
* Proven experience operating electric pallet movers or ride-on pallet jacks (RM-3 classification preferred) within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
* Possession of a valid heavy equipment operator license or specific pallet mover certification (SIO) is highly preferred.
* Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in active warehouse environments.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills to accurately read labels, inventory sheets, and shipping documents.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and operational discipline.
