Operator Packing

Request and obtain packing materials by coordinating with Warehouse Teams.

Operate packing equipment, including casepacking, carton coding, and checkweighing machines, in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Operate robotic palletizing equipment or perform manual palletizing when required.

Perform manual palletizing for sampling pallets in accordance with work instructions.

Manually attach pallet tags in accordance with product identification requirements.

Perform cleaning and sanitation of the packing can work area in accordance with cleanliness and food safety standards.

Conduct the handover of finished goods to the Warehouse in accordance with established procedures.

Complete packing operation records and production reports accurately.

Comply with applicable occupational safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.

Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Agricultural Industrial Technology, or other STEM-related majors.

Physically fit and able to perform operational tasks in a production environment.

Willing to work on a shift schedule.

Basic numeracy skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.

Demonstrates awareness of and compliance with occupational safety and housekeeping standards.

Maintains personal cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company standards.
