Operation Manager

Supervise all production operational activities both flexo-paper and rotogravure, starting from procurement of raw materials, controlling production process such as printing process, lamination process, cutting of printed-laminated results, system usage plans and production budgets, and ensuring the quality of the products produced is in accordance with company standards to managing the work atmosphere so that employee is able to work optimally.

Professional in Food Packaging Manufacturing with minimum 10 years of experiences in operational Packaging Manufacturing Industry.

Have educational background min. Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.

Have a knowledge and skills in machine operation, raw material identification, problem solving and handling, and understanding of product quality requirements and standards.
